Werkzaamheden

International Student Admissions (ISA) of Utrecht University is looking for multiple temporary assistants for the peak application period (November 2023 until end of August 2024). ISA is responsible for the credential evaluation of non-Dutch degrees, student visa applications, and the administration of scholarships and financial aid. 

You will be working closely with Assistant Admissions Officers, and will focus on processing the application files of international degree-seeking students, providing email-based student support, and handling administrative tasks at the office. You will have one to two weeks of training period when you start.

Profiel

- You are curious, are a fast learner and internalise information rapidly;

- You are accurate, pro-active and possess strong intercultural skills;

- You are proficient in English, particularly in speaking and writing. Being proficient in Dutch is an asset;

- You are capable of working independently and within a group;

- You work well under pressure and when faced with multiple deadlines;

- Experience with administrative work is an advantage;  

- You are a recent graduate or in between studies. If you are currently a student, you must be able to accommodate work next to your studies;

- You must be fully available during the summer months (June to August 2024);

 - You will be able to work from home, but you must also attend the office at the Utrecht Science Park (USP) Hence, you should be available to travel to USP regularly;
